IGN has recieved word that Hudson Soft will in fact release the rumored Tetris for Wiiware this fall. The game has been announced to have a total of 18 different modes, including online play for up to 6 players with friends and random people.

The game will have the option of using both motion controls and balance board controls.  Also, much like Dr. Mario Rx, you will be able to use your Mii's to show who you are during games.
