Sad news for the Smash Bros. and Nintendo Wii fans, it has officially been announced that Super Smash Bros. Brawl will be delayed again for Japan and USA.

According to the new statements from Smash Bros. Dojo, the official Super Smash Bros. Brawl website, the game would be released in Japan only a week later than the previously announced date, so by January 31, 2008. In USA though, fans will have to wait much longer before enjoying this truly expected game, probably the most expected 2008 game for many gamers. The new release date would be as of March 9, 2008 in USA, if everythig remains the same:

"Due to delays in the completion of Super Smash Bros. Brawl, we’ve had to change the release date of the game to Sunday, March 9th.

I deeply apologize to the people who have looked forward to playing the game for so long and ask that you hold on just a little longer. Thank you for your patience."

Questions will raise from this new delay, but hopefully, gamers will be able to play this game by the newly announced release date in March in the USA. We can also expect new content or better graphics for example, let's see what the development team will bring us more!
