Taito has announced the pricing scheme for their upcoming WiiWare title, Space Invaders Get Even. Originally scheduled for a retail release, Taito announced that the game would be coming to the WiiWare service for 500 points. In addition, the game would have downloadable level packs available.
Taito has now provided information on what those level packs are and how much they will cost. The game will be split into four pieces; the main game and three downloadable level packs. Each piece will be priced at 500 points.
The main game will be referred to as the Starter Pack and will contain one level along with the basic UFO. The three downloadable packages will each contain two levels of play along with a new UFO. See the chart below for details.
| Package | Points | Level(s) | UFO |
| Starter Pack | 500 | 1 | Basic UFO |
| Stage Pack A | 500 | 2 & 3 | Classic UFO |
| Stage Pack B | 500 | 4 & 5 | Silver Hawk |
| Stage Pack C | 500 | 6 & 7 | R-Gray1 |

As with Star Soldier R, this game will feature online rankings so that players can compete with their friends and countrymen. Unlike SSR, this game tracks high scores on a level by level basis. This means that the more levels you purchase, the more chances you have at reaching the coveted top score.
Space Invaders Get Even will be released in Japan this month, with a North American release to follow sometime in the future.
UFO Rundown
Not sure what the difference is between a "Classic UFO" and an "R-Gray1"? No problem! This handy-dandy section will make you an expert in no time flat.
Basic UFO
About as unexciting as you can get. The Basic UFO is a saucer that your invaders rally around. That's about it.

Classic UFO
This craft is a stylized version of the original Space Invaders UFO. Designed to look sleeker than the "Basic" model, this ship will go easier on your eyes even if it isn't a major improvement.

Silver Hawk
No, this craft has nothing to do with that horrible cartoon series from the 80's. Rather, it is the protagonist of the classic, side-scrolling shoot'em up series, Darius. The ship is controlled by pilots Proco and Tiat. (TaitoCorp spelled backwards.)
R-Gray1
Last but not least, the massive R-Gray1 is a top of the line fighter craft from the RayStorm 3D shoot'em up. Released for the Playstation and Sega Saturn, this famous ship is back on the Wii to do battle with all those who oppose the invaders! Fans of the R-Gray2 will unfortunately have to make do.
