Weakness: Plug Ball

In his role at the Weather Control Station, Tornado Man's job was to create tornados winds strong enough to "blow out" typhoons before they could fully form.

His work was important in saving lives from the dangers of Pacific storms. Not to mention the economic benefits of making the Pacific safe for shipping.

Now under Doctor Wiley's evil control, Tornado Man is using his powers to wreak havoc on a population he once sought to help. Rather than blowing out typhoons before they form, he is now creating tornados for the sole purpose of destruction!

 

The problem with weather robots is that first it's sunny...
 

...then it's rainy and windy. *shudder* Water doesn't agree with my circuits!
 

It's bad enough this guy can create tornados...

...but being able to fly is just unfair!

 

   

Tornado Blow is the futuristic equivalent of a shotgun.

You may not have the precision of hitting a target dead-on, but you can be sure to hit a particularly wily opponent with at least one of the many tornados created by this weapon.
