Profile: Plug Man [Mega Man 9]
September 21st, 2008 4:14 PM
Editor: jbanes

Weapon: Plug Ball
Purpose: Quality Control
Weakness: Jewel Satellite

When Dr. Light gave Plug Man the ability to power on electronics, he never imagined this power would be perverted into a weapon!

Plug Man was constructed for the purpose of certifying the electronics made in a television factory. His keen electrical powers allowed him to test every piece of electronics for faults before they left for the store shelf.

Under the control of Dr. Wily, Plug Man's near-infinite power source has been juiced up and reconfigured to create ball lightning! Ball lightning is a dangerous ball of electricity capable of following surfaces. It is attracted to the nearest power terminal. And what better power terminal is there than another robot like Mega Man?

Plug Man's level is full of electrical traps. The only safe way around them is to take the disappearing platforms. Time your jumps right, or you may fall into something nasty!

Watch out for these corrupted clones of Mega Man. They're fast, agile, and very deadly.

Time to square off against Plug Man in his personal corner of the factory!

Stay off the ground or the Plug Balls will nail you!

Ever wish you could send a blast of energy along the ground to nail an enemy from a safe distance?

The Plug Ball equips Mega Man with exactly that task in mind! If you're a more cautious player, there is no better way of taking out enemies from a safe distance. Be sure to keep your e-tanks full as this weapon delivers far less damage than the awesome Laser Trident!
