I'd have to disagree here, on a sublte point. Do Concrete man first using the Mega Buster, Galaxy man with the Concrete Shot, and then the rest of the list as shown.

Concrete Shot is incredibly useful on levels with tough jump sequences, and especially useful on Magma Man's level, because you can 'freeze' the lava streams and walk on them.
