Overview

Trauma Center: Second Opinion is a remake of the original game for the Nintendo DS, however the graphics and mechanics have been completely redone to take advantage of the Wii's controller and interface. Once again, players will take control of Dr. Derek Stiles and a new doctor named Nozomi Weaver. Dr. Weaver has the ability to utilize the Healing Touch, though her ability is different than Derek's. Trauma Center features voice acting, including speech from the two main characters and side characters.

Gameplay

In Trauma Center, most of the tools are handled with the Wii Remote while the Nunchuk allows gamers to quickly switch between the instruments. In addition to including all of the tools from the original, gamers can also make use of a few situational tools. Some tools now have added functionality from previous versions of the game. The goal of Trauma Center is to treat your patients aliments in the alloted time limit without letting the patient's vitals reach zero.
