Overview

Enter alone, deep into enemy territory to rescue the kidnapped President in this overhead-view action shooter. Take on the role of a commando in a Special Forces team and face your enemies with an onslaught of weapons, including machine guns and grenades. Earn valuable information, weapons and items by rescuing POWs.

Fight your way to the end of each stage and defeat the boss by effectively using your weapons and equipment. This port of the insanely popular arcade game features refined graphics, story and cut-scenes, making this action game a must-have. This new and enhanced version includes the never-been-told second half of the story that was left out of the arcade version.

Features

Players progress through seven (7) scenes, each ending with their own bosses: Scene 1: Town, Scene 2: Jungle, Scene 3: River, Scene 4: Cliff, Scene 5: Base, Scene 6: Marsh, and Scene 7: Detention Camp.

Enemies in the game attack in a manner that corresponds to the weapon they carry and their uniform color.

Soldier types: Green Soldiers, Red Soldiers, Blue Soldiers, Yellow Soldiers, Armored Soldiers, and Scuba Soldiers.

Throughout their mission, players may receive various weapons from rescued hostages, which will replace their Machine Gun until ammo runs out or the player dies: Knife, Gun, Bazooka, Grenade, and Flash Bomb.

Players can use a multitude of items, which aid them with the different aspects of game play. Items can be obtained by either destroying crates, unlocking crates, or rescuing hostages who reward the player with the item: Key, Infra-red Scope, Fins, Rosary, Body Armor, Food, and Medicine.
