Established in October of 1974, Jaleco is a Japanese arcade and console game publishing house, headquartered in Tokyo . The company has created games for a wide variety of consoles dating back to the early days of gaming to the most modern consoles, with releases for systems including the Famicom (NES), Super Famicom (SNES), Game Boy, 3DO, Saturn, PlayStation, WonderSwan, Dreamcast and PlayStation 2.

For a short time, the company worked under the name Pacific Century Cyber Works (PCCW), and now trades and works with the name Jaleco LTD. The American arm of Jaleco is Jaleco Entertainment.
